Setup

My blackberry is having connection problems
Select the following on your blackberry:

1. Options
2. Advanced options
3. Tcp ip
4. Check apn settings enabled
5. Next to apn
      a. Orange users: Fill in the word 'orangeinternet'
      b. Vodafone users: Fill in the word 'web'
      c. O2 users: Fill in the word 'o2web'
      d. Other networks: Please contact your network for the correct word to use here
6. Save
7. Try again
Does it matter which service provider I use?
All major service providers are supported. How do I download the software?

Games normally take less than 30 seconds to download but can take up to two minutes depending on connection speed. If it is still downloading after several minutesd then you should retry Why does my phone not connect to the web?
There may be a problem with your service provider internet settings. Click on your service provider below to view their website.

Virgin The phone is attempting to download for several minutes with no result... Your connection has timed out. Cancel the download and retry.

Gameplay

Where do I see the rules of each game?
Press "Help and Support" option in software. Select "Playing the game" or "About the game" or "Game rules" to access full details What happens if I lose connection while playing?
Please reconnect-your exact position is saved on our gaming servers and when you login you will return to the exact position that you left off with when you lost connection Why do the the reels keep spinning / wheel keeps turning?
Your connection has timed out. Please exit and login again. Will I have my same balance as my regular Spin Palace account?
Yes. When you log in your balance will be the same as your normal Spin Palace account.

General

What happens if I get a new phone?
After downloading, choose login and use your original account number in format:
Your phone number (inc. country code) followed by "sp" eg. 442078888sp How many games can I download?
Spin Palace does not limit the amount of games that you have on your phone however check that your phone has enough free memory for game space.

Tip

Always exit the game using exit button after play in order to conserve battery charge
